Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Remote Viewing Protocol at rvprotocol.com (the “Service”), operated by the Service operator (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a session, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service provides structured, software-guided remote-viewing practice: blind targets, session prompts, sketching, locking a record, and post-session field notes. It is a training and entertainment product for personal education.

  • We do not guarantee psychic ability, remote-viewing skill, accuracy, or any particular outcome.
  • Field notes and scores are informational feedback tools, not professional, medical, legal, or scientific advice.
  • Remote viewing is an experimental practice. Mechanisms and effects are not fully understood.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or buy a membership. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Health and safety

Do not use the Service if you are experiencing significant or ongoing mental health difficulties. Avoid distressing or controversial targets (including death, trauma, entities, or UAP-related material) if you are a beginner or if such material causes you distress. Stop immediately if a session causes distress. The Service is not a substitute for professional care.

5. Accounts and free use

You may try limited free guided and practice sessions as described in the product. Free limits may change. Some features (settings archive, full course, higher practice quotas) require an account and/or a paid membership.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (for example Standard and Premium) are recurring subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Prices shown at checkout are the amounts charged for each billing period unless otherwise stated.

  • Renewal. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancel. You may cancel anytime via Settings → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation ends future renewals; access generally ends when the cancel takes effect as configured in the portal (typically immediately for this Service).
  • Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started and digital access has been made available. If a charge was made in error, contact us promptly at admin@rvprotocol.com.
  • Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, except where Stripe or we collect them at checkout.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
  • Share account access in a way that circumvents plan limits
  • Use the Service for medical, legal, financial, or life-critical decisions
  • Violate applicable law

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or material breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, curriculum text, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Your session records and sketches remain yours; you grant us a limited license to store and process them to operate the Service (including generating field notes).

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI-generated field notes will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR SGD 50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material billing changes will be communicated in a reasonable way where required.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
